4. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and circumstances are generally not eligible for refunds:

- Cancellation between 24–72 hours before the event: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the event: No refund will be issued, as ingredients and preparation resources will already have been committed.
9.3 Cancellations by Cafe Rio
In the event that Cafe Rio must cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as ingredient unavailability, kitchen closures, or staffing issues), customers will receive a full refund of all amounts paid within 3–5 business days.
